Strengths: Really good picture. I watched it in the store and liked it. I watched it at home and love it. Picture manipulation is great. The picture is quite good in ambient light. No rainbow effect.
Weakness: I picked this up for under $2K but most are on sale for around $2500. For under $2K I think this is a great projector, but $2500 I feel is starting to get a little too expensive for it.
Overall the projector is great. Once the prices drop consistantly below $2K I think more people will buy this model. This is the first projector I have purchased, and it is the first time I have had a tv look better at home than it did in the store. I think this is a good model for someone starting out in front projection. Granted I have no experience with the higher end models, but this works well for me.
