Genuine Brother Products Protect Your InvestmentStrengths: - Genuine Brother Brand - Ink Came Out Darker Black Weakness: None We had purchased the generic ink cartridge & drum before. Ink was faded & toner spots everywhere. Genuine Brother came out way better in compared with with generic. Black is Blacker & No Random Spot on white paper. If you are concerned about quality, Brother Brand is the way to go. My printer seemed running smooth by using original quality ink. Brother DR-350Strengths: Good price Weakness: Only 12,000 pg. life As I am an avid Brother products fan, when it was time to purchase an MFC machine, I did my thorough research and found the MFC-7420 model to be the best of all worlds except for color copying. I've had the machine for 14 months and now it has a message "Change drum soon," so I purchased this drum, DR-350, for that purpose. Downside is it's only good for 12,000 pages and I never dreamed I would need one so quickly - didn't think I had that many faxes received. Anyway, still love my MFC and hats off to you, PriceGrabber, because I couldn't live without you!!!! I use your site for EVERYTHING I need to purchase!!!! VERY IMPRESSEDStrengths: WELL PRICED FOR COMPARISON SHOPPING, EASY TO INSTALL, PRINTS ALOT MORE THAN THE ADVERTISED 12,000 PAGES Weakness: I HAVE NOT FOUND ANY THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I AM REPLACING MY DRUM SINCE THE PRINTER WAS PURCHASD 1.5 YEARS AGO. THE THING THAT IS SO IMPRESSIVE IS THIS IS OUR MAIN PRINTER AT A SMALL AND GROWING BUSINESS. WE DO NOT JUST USE IT OCCASIONALLY. IT PRINTS ALL DAY NON STOP. THE PRICE OF THE DR350 IS A GREAT VALUE AT PRICEGRABBER COMPARED TO THE OTHER PLACES I SHOPPED. AGAIN I HAVE FOUND NO WEAKNESSES AND I WILL PURCHASE ALL OF MY NEEDS AT PRICEGRABBER. do not buy MFC 7220Strengths: not much Weakness: the heart of the printing part, the drum, broke easily This drum unit broke after I printed less than one hundred pages. The corona wire broke easily. The printing quality is not as good as a 600 dpi HP printer. The worst is: Brother made the drum unit a consumable item just as the cartridge. I'm tired of wasting money on ink catrige. I purchased this for my Brother DCP-7020. It has about 4 times the life as the other drum units in this price range. I will buy again.
