I decided to ignore many other reviews online and go ahead and buy the Denon DCM-280 (which, by the way, Denon says is the same as the DCM-27). What a disappointment! The sound may be good, but the disc changer is so SLOW, clunky, and so Loud as to be distracting. It took over 20 seconds between songs on 'random' play, this thing is so slow! I returned it the very next day.
