Strengths: Very Power full but easy to use

What can photoimpact do.
Correct for red eye, Smooth skin with the skin tools, clone tool, fade and transparent tools and more.
Other features that make photoimpact special are, the Easy Pallet that contains the Object library lets you do a lot of stuff like, use Pre-Made shapes, create custom shapes, Layers yes there are layers that shows all the different parts of a photo you are working on and lots more.

WebPages; Building WebPages has never been so easy, you don't have to know any thing about HTML encoding at all, with photoimpact you just create the web page and when you go to save it, just save it as HTML with one click. What can you do when creating web pages with photoimpact, you can create custom roll over buttons, you can also add video, animation and flash video to your webpage by linking it to your webpage of what ever video you my have on your hard drive.

I have tried both photoshop and photoimpact, I must say yes photoshop has tons of power but it has a very steep learning curve, and cost a lot more money. I use photoimpact because of ease of use and cost.
