DEFECTIVE / BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORTStrengths: NONE Weakness: ALL I format the card inside my Canon 5D as I have always done with other brands. I started taking pictures (RAW) and after 3/4 of the card's capacity, the camera showed a warning saying that it was not possible to read data. I insert the card into the reader at home and it shows the card but it doesn't show any data. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Does not play nice with Canon XTiStrengths: Large capacity, decent speed Weakness: constant corruption, lost data These seemed like decent cards at first, and at a great price. I bought one when I got my camera, and it was great. I was going to SE Asia and wanted to take loads of photos, so I bought 5 more cards (tons of room, yay!). Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Kingston 8GB Elite Pro 133x CompactFlash CardStrengths: Great speed and capacity with low cost Weakness: none This is a great CF card. It is fast and reliable. It works well in my Canon 5D. I purchased this with a nice rebate so I couldn't pass this up. Highly recommended. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? TopCompare PricesAdvertisement

Kingston 8GB Elite Pro 133x CF Card
Strengths: 133X speed, price, large capacity, dependable name product
Weakness: none
I've used Kingston products in the past. From smaller CF cards to thumb drives without any problems. I used this card on my last vacation. Shot over 1,000 photos and gone through many airport scanners with no problems. I have an Olympus E-510 DSLR that fires 3 frames a second and this card didn't hesitate. I'm not going to do math and compare apples. Unless you work for National Geographic or cover the Indy 500, this card will meet your needs as it did mine.
