bumpin lincolnStrengths: i have 2 mofo 12's in my lincoln continentel with a planet audio 2250d. these two speakers hit so hard i had i guy at an audio shop argue with me sayin i had two 15's in the back. Weakness: none yet!!! I want more power tho!! next i want to get a tahoe and put 2 12's and 2 15 inch mofo's. on the 2 15's i want two run 2 a3000db amps and on the 2 12's i want to run 2 a2400db's 100% of readers found this review helpful. power acoustik mofo 12Strengths: the strengths of this woofer is brightly obvious from its massive size, wattage, and the overall look, of this trunk shaker. It's 2400/1200rms watts which is impressive enough but at a cheap price(140 Weakness: only weakness i can think of is its wieght but come on thats easy to cope with when its such a good woofer the power acoustik mofo is rightfully named with its extream size and power .It is a force to be reckoned with in the streets and it the competition. I have it in a probox which easily increases the dB's, also its hooked up to a power acoustik a2400db to give the power hungry sub its juice. this sub has the power to loosen nuts separate bone from cartilage and with a magnet that big its capable of sucking the fillings right of your teeth. this sub has never done me wrong in any way shape or form and i highly recommend this sub to anyone that likes to set off car alarms 100% of readers found this review helpful. PowerAcoustik MOFO-12 Sub-wooferStrengths: I have a Cadilac Fleetwood Brougham with 2 of them in my trunk, and they make you feel like, you need to wear a back brace. Thats how hard the bass hits Weakness: None as of yet, and I had them for a little over a year. I have them connected to a Class D Memphis Belle amp. I like them so much, I gonna buy another pair. PowerAcoustik MOFO-12 Sub-wooferStrengths: The strength of this sub is awsome. Every time I think I need to turn my bass boost or my gain up om my Clarion 1000Watt Digital amp it seems to take every bit of juice I can push threw it. Weakness: The only weakness I find with having 2 mofos in my '94 ranger ext. cab, is the weakness of my hearing. The other weakness is you have to have strong enough box for it since i've cracked 3 boxes. This sub is awsome and I would recomend it to anyone as long as your not affraid to hurt your ears!! A Hard Hitter!!Strengths: Power handling, large magnets, produces very deep bass notes, and the dual voice coils for flexibility Weakness: cant produce the mid-bass notes loudly, seems to be suited for bass notes under 100hz I would have to say this is possibly the best 12 subwoofer out at this time for the price. The subwoofer requires a large box preferably 2.5cuft or larger, ported. It is definitely power hungry, so you will need an amp that pushes at least 600wrms, I have a RF Punch150 25TL pushing this sub (about 930wrms bridged) and it pounds like no other. Strengths: Everything. These subwoofers handle the torture you can throw at them. I have one 12
Weakness: Broke my rear view mirror. Cant think of any other bad things to say about it. Im pushing 800 watts over the max and it hasnt blown
The guy at the stereo shop thought i had 2 12's and told me to enter in there competition they hold every week. He told me it was the loudest one speaker system he had ever heard. For the price...these speakers are worth it!! You can make puddles of water come alive and car alarms go off half a block away. Not for the faint of heart.
