Kingdom Hearts

Strengths: The best of 2 worlds, Square and Disney. The game has enough to keep Final Fantasy fans involved, and if you are a Disney fan, you will absolutely love the game.

Weakness: Trying to figure out the gummi ship

I have played every Final Fantasy game ever made, and this one is as good as any of those. I recommend it and I am looking forward to the sequel. This is 1 of 2 games that I have ever(I own 45 PS2 games) paid full retail price for, and I definitely enjoyed it. I thought that the Disney aspect would dull down the Square genius, but it actually turned out to be a refreshing change. What more do I have to say, if it has anything to do with Square, chances are that it is going to be a good game. "The World Is Square!"

Kingdom Hearts

Strengths: the combination of disney and final fantasy characters

Weakness: could have done without the gummi ships

this has got to be the best rpg game i've played since final fantasy VII. the bonus at the end just pumped me up to get part 2 as soon as it comes out - just hope they still have more final fantasy characters

Kingdom Hearts

Strengths: Everything! storyline, combat sessions, fmvs, graphics, caracters, simply the best!

Weakness: The only thing i find hard here is to understand the building of the gummiship. It's a bit complicated, but you get it.

The game is great!
Beat all I have ever played, and i've played a bit of games!
20-30 perhaps...
I look forward to a seqel, WHICH SHOULD COME!
The story is great, the carcter gallery is great, the graphics are great, it's just great!
I mean, no game ever can overcome this!
As a BIG FF fan and lover of Disney this couldn't been better, exept the ship constuction.
but have you planned to get this for PC???

kingdom game you have to play before you die

Strengths: great story line plus has good battle system with great charecters.

Weakness: has a little trouble with camera angle and the battle system can be a little reptative.

this game is one of the best games i've ever played its fun, great graphics for its time and alot of really good story twists.if i were you reading this review i'd get this game right away and get it quick.there are many things you can get hooked on in this game despite haveing to paly along disney charecters like playing the colerful and fun levels like the olyimpic collisium where theres a tournement where you can fight swarms of heartless and if you get far enough in the game you will be able to fight the great sephorith.plus there are plenty of fun extras like findig the 101 dalmations and go to the moogale shop and synthsize stuff to create new items.guess the charecters you'll get to meet.....you guessed it final fantsey.you'll get to meet could from ff7 and squall(leon in kingdom hearts)from ff8 and thats just the beging.so like i said get off your computer and buy this game fast plus its cheap and can get it at the price 15.00$or 20.00$ any higher and there trying to rip you off.

Kingdom Hearts

Strengths: Fun and a perfect match.

Weakness: N/A

This game is fun and is a perfect match between Disney and Final Fantasty. I recommend this to all ages. This game is a must have. This game seems kiddie but it isn't.

Kingdom Hearts

Strengths: The story is excellent. Huge cast of characters make it even more interesting. Very enjoyable game.

Weakness: The beginning was a little slow but it definitely picks up after.

Overall it was a very fun game to play. Its graphis are top notch and look very much like the actual Disney characters. It's an action/adventure RPG that is filled with an amazing story and surprises. This game comes highly recommended.

Kingdom Hearts

Strengths: Battle system, over all fun

Weakness: not much

Squarsoft and Disney, I had to check it out. I am glad I did. The real time battle system is well done. Magic takes getting use to, but is not really needed. What I found was best, was the different worlds based on different Disney stories. Each "world" had its own charm, and kept everything 'fresh'. I have played and solved this game twice already, and am thinking of giving it a 3rd go around.

Kingdom Hearts

Strengths: Battle is great. I like it better in real time than taking turns like in FFX.

Weakness: Figuring out everything with the gummi ships.

I think that this is my favorite game of all time. The game play is not too hard but not too easy at the same time. I usually don't ever pay full price for a game. I can count on three fingers how many games I've payed full price for and I own over fifty. This was definitely worth it and I'm looking forward to a possible sequel. Disney and Squaresoft have made a wonderful work of art.

Kingdom Hearts

Strengths: Visually appealing, good story line, great graphics and sound.

Weakness: Jumping in the game is catchy.

Great game. Good story. The playability and animation is
very well done. Very good attention to detail. A large game with sprawling "worlds". Disney characters are life-like
and believable. A very addictive game. Better than most RPG's I have previously played.

Kingdom Hearts

Strengths: The graphics, sound, and the fact that Disney character voices are very similar to that of the real thing.

Weakness: I honestly don't think this game has any weaknesses =]

When I first bought this game, a lot of people asked me why because it seems like a * kiddie game *. Once I really got into playing it, I found out that it is far from a kiddie game. Some Disney characters might be kiddie, but thats all. This game is excellent in every way and the bosses are awesome ! At first I was actually afraid to fight some of them.. but later realized that they aren't so bad. I have not yet beaten this game, I am on the last boss. But once I do, I am greatly looking forward to Kingdom Hearts 2 !!! I would recommend this game to anyone because it is very mind-boggling !

as I would say is the case with most role games, you do spend a lot of time looking for things instead of spending time solving mazes and puzzles. not everyone has that much time to spend in a video-game which sort of kills the fun. specially children who will want to spend useless hours in front of the TV. wish they could make the point more obvious in this kind of games.

I think the gummi ship part was made by Disney instead of Square Enix. That is why the gameplay is not as good. I didn't get it either. The game is great though. I can't wait for KH2.

Whoa! This game is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.......and it make my brain as squishy as a slime and red HOT! Luckily i read the walkthrough at http://faq.ign.com/articles/592/592486p1.html. phew! And i almost want to gave up at killing the damn Ursulla and her stupid old fragats pets! Shiskebab la! Withouht this game, i would be boring at home with my donkey headed PS2. I got intruduce this game by buying a HK magazie in Malaysia.(Don't look dowm at my country!) Anyway, i had read about you GUYS dat the gummi ship part was hard. Actually i love dat freakin part! If u haven't play sum games of Jet plane, you might dunno how to control the gummi ship at 1st. It was so easy after you master the moves and u wun die easily by getting the orbs! Of corse shooting the enemies was hard, but if u hold X and keep shooting non-stop, many of them will mati kungkiao!(dead) Good Luck on your gummi ship! Ciaoz!

Kingdom Hearts

"You can’t come along looking like that!" You see the problem isn’t the way Sora is dressed, it has to do with the look on his face. No sad faces are allowed on the Gummi Ship. Don’t let the use of the word ‘gummi’ fool you, this game is anything but a romp for the very young. There is a dark undercurrent, a montage of dreams and real sequences jumbled together with an ever-present...

Kingdom Hearts (ps2)

But what a wealth of character this game has! Designs new and are brought to life by brilliant 3D modeling and animation, creating perhaps the most effective rendition of a cartoon world on a console, and while there's plenty of lighthearted humor in evidence, the subject matter is often pitched at quite a serious level. Both halves of the unlikely pair have contributed the best they have to...

Kingdom Hearts (ps2)

In the world of comic books, crossovers are commonplace. What better way to spice up the storyline of an aging comic than to throw in the cast of a whole other book? If done properly it's an interesting concept, but outside of fighting games there have been surprisingly few examples of crossovers in gaming. However, Square and Disney have teamed up to deliver one very major exception to that...
