Great productStrengths: 3D like image, vivid colors, of course all the benefits of LCD like no burn in, no bowing, halo effect etc. Weakness: has the infamous TBE but apparently samsung is working on a firmware to overcome it. pricey, but then you cant beat the picture I am really impressed by its picture quality. With a simple indoor antenna, I am able to get all the local channels with incredible quality. 100% of readers found this review helpful. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Love it!!!Strengths: 1080P, Anti-Glare, Matte Screen (for rooms with glare), 120hz, Auto Motion Plus, 3D like image, vivid colors Weakness: has TBE but barely visible when AMP is off, some versions are supposed to have stutter The things which I liked most were that it had great picture quality, matte screen (there is lot of sunlight in my room) and that it didnt have any of the typical burn-in issues that a plasma brings in. Again, did I say amazing picture quality. 100% of readers found this review helpful. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Great TV - You'll love itStrengths: Beautiful Picture, Non-existent blur, Matte screen. Weakness: Weight, when compared to the very latest HDTV technology. While I was in the market for an HDTV it seemed that every review I read kept talking about HDMI and HD cable and how great it was to be able to distinguish the individual grass blades on the football field, and I was thinking "Great! Another review from a cow with a satellite dish". And still, I wasn't sure what kind of picture I would get from my 15-year-old rusty rooftop antenna with no amplifier and a couple hundred feet of rat-chewed, sun-cracked standard 75-ohm downlink cable. Well, was I and my friends in for a huge surprise! The broadcast picture reception is so incredible that everybody is asking me what cable service I have! They don't believe it's just off-the-air programming. Same, of course, for DVDs. The picture is bright, lifelike, with vivid colors, even when viewed at very acute angles. 100% of readers found this review helpful. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Samsung LN-T4669F 46Strengths: Screen clarity & brillance, rich colors, narrow bezel, 120Hz Auto Motion, 20K:1 contrast, 1920x1080 resolution, excellent compliment of video & audio inputs/outputs, and easy to use remote control. Weakness: None thus far. After comparing the set's specifications and images with those of other manufacturer's, I concluded the LN-T4669F was the best choice for my home. The set is connected to a non-HD satellite receiver and a local channel air antenna, yet the pictures seem lifelike and are far superior to those received on an existing LCD TV. The owner's manual provides detailed instructions on programing and use of the set and the remote control allows live adjustment of picture and sound modes and picture size. I am very satisfied with the TV and would recommend the LN-T4669F to anyone wanting a high quality 46" LCD HDTV. 100% of readers found this review helpful. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Top of the LineStrengths: Awesome TV ... The picture looks great and the new 120 Hz Automotion for this TV makes an football experience that much more enjoyable. price was good, picture is excellent, no complaints Weakness: some non-hd channels are kind of grainy, but overall the TV is excellent and HD looks fantastic on TV and in DVD This TV is fantastic. It looks stunning and the pictures it provides are breathtaking. The detail when watching football games is fantastic. Although the price is rather high from some retailers, I was able to shop around and get the TV for $1,900. This TV is worth every penny. The new 120 Hz automotion allows for the picture to remain crisp and clear when watching fast-moving scenes. 100% of readers found this review helpful. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Jan 22, 2008 Thanks for your input. I am about two weeks away from buying this model from a large retailer who is offering it with a blu ray dvd for $2599.00. Do you think I should skip the blu ray and try to find a price closer to what you paid? And are you in the USA or Canada? The retailer I want to purchase from will price match an authorized Canadian dealer....

Great LCD televisionStrengths: 120-Hz Auto Motion Plus processing produces very lifelike images when watching DVDs. High contrast ratio. Matte screen. Vivid colors. Interface for PCs. Weakness: Reportedly the triple-ball effect and stutter artifacts when using Auto Motion Plus, although many people need to look for these to notice them. I've been very pleased with this TV. The image is sharp, bright, and clear. I do not see any "ghosting" that people have criticised LCD's for. The remote is well laid-out. The TV can also be used as a huge monitor for a computer, which is useful for those who have home-theater PC's. 100% of readers found this review helpful. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Great 120Hz Samsung LN-T4669F 1080P LCD TV!Strengths: 120Hz Automotion Plus, 1080P, Contrast Levels, Matte Screen, Vivid Colors, Weight, Bezel, Rotates on Stand, USB Port. Weakness: TBE when watching football games (when AMP is on). Slight stutter. I've been very happy with this set and would recommend this TV to anyone looking for a 120Hz LCD TV in a heartbeat. I originally considered 120Hz sets from Sharp, Samsung, and Sony. I'd read about the banding issues on the Sharp sets, and the Sony sets were a bit more expensive, so then I did some more research and decided that a Samsung would be the way to go. 100% of readers found this review helpful. 120 Hz 4669FStrengths: Anti-Glare/Matte Screen, 120hz, Auto Motion Plus Weakness: RED power standby light It take me 2 months to comparing diff kind of models 61 69 or 71, last I decided to choose this one because cheaper $$$ than 71, 120 Hz and Matte Screen. Although the price is rather high but I think you will happy to buy this one. Right now the price still high, I really don’t know why because super bowl is finish but I think it may be people want to watch basketball or NASCAR. You will be happy what you got. Samsung LN-T4669FStrengths: - Easy to setup and adjust - No glare on the screen - Sharp picture quality - Swivel stand Weakness: - None I can find so far I was comparing this TV with the LN-T4671, which was a bit more expensive but had higher contrast ratio. I think this TV is a better deal because the 4671 does not have an anti-glare screen and the higher contrast ratio is hardly noticeable. Highly recommend this TV. The only drawback is that it looks a bit small in an average size room. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

***** Samsung LN-T4669F 46Strengths: 1080p,perfect fit for top of fireplace mantel, vivid colors (lifelike),excellent for football games because of 120 Hz Auto Motion Plus, this is just a super tv set Weakness: NONE After adding a corner onto my existing fireplace I was looking for the largest possible lcd to put there. I compared three different Samsung models (61F, 65F, 69F). Ilooked at the total width of the screen and choose the 69F. This model is the narrower of the other two and the weight only increased 5lbs. Also this set has a lot more to offer. Another reason Why I choose Samsung is that I had their Projection TV and had a good picture with only a 1080i. The wife and I are completely satisfied with this magnificent TV set. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Samsung LN-T4669F 46" 1080P LCD - Sweet Set!!
Strengths: 1080P, Narrower Bezel Than Most LCDs/Plasmas, Anti-Glare/Matte Screen, 120hz, Auto Motion Plus
Weakness: Rare Occurance Of TBE (Triple Ball Effect) During Football Games (using game mode or adjusting AMP fixes this).
First of all, I would definitely recommend this LCD. Here's my story.
I narrowed my selection of LCDs down to Samsung and Sony due to their rave reviews, reputation, and performance. However, I quickly narrowed these two brands down to the Samsung due to Sony being priced much higher.
Now, for the Samsung, the LN-T4665 (glossy screen) and LN-T4661 (matte screen) quickly caught my eye. I was leaning towards the 4661 due to the anti-glare screen since glare from windows REALLY annoys me.
Then, the newer versions the LN-T4671 (glossy) and even newer LN-T4669 (matte) have been released. Although a bit higher priced, In my opinion, their performance definitely warrants the upgrade (120hz, higher contrast, auto motion plus feature).
So, the 4669 became the winner due to the matte screen and smaller dimensions. The 4671 is several inches wider, which would've made it a tight squeeze where my TV is located. Both are 46" sets, but the 4669 has a narrower bezel. It's a true beauty!
The one problem that these Samsung suffer from is a Triple Effect of a fast moving object. However, this can be fixed! This set is loaded with settings. Utilizing the "Auto Motion Plus" corrects the action and makes this a beautiful set to watch movies, sports, or to play video games at 1080P!
I fully recommend this set. It's a champ!
