Handy packet, nice smell!

I've been using Emerita Pro-gest for 3 months for peri-menopause symptoms. I opted to try natural progesterone instead of prescription progesterone pills, I'd used the Rx pills in the past and they have TERRIBLE side effects. Directions are different depending on whether you're peri or full menopause, for the time being I'm applying it once or twice every day. I haven't noticed any side effects but I do have less irritability and it has not caused any hot flashes. Emerita is suppose the be the only natural progesterone cream that escaped the new law regarding the amount/strength of this type of product, so it has the full amount of progesterone whereas other creams do not. Smell is pleasing, not too greasy and it's applied to thinner skin sites and rotated around. Only time will tell how many other symptoms this alternative form of treatment may help.
