Back To Basics 4500 BTB

Strengths: Ergonomic design. Sausage stuffing attachment

Weakness: Normally operates at 200W (800W in specification)

I purchased a Back to Basics Model 4500BTB Meat Grinder from CircuitCity.com. Their price was the best and the free shipping. Perfect product. Worth every spend penny!!!
So far I have used it on beef, chicken, and turkey. All have been speedily ground to perfection using one or more of the 3 interchangeable coarseness plates. If you are serious about grinding your own, this is the one to get.

During the process of grinding the meat and meat juice gets under the casing. The instruction tells you to get it off by a screwdriver. If you spend a half of the day, probably, with the help of a screwdriver, a knife and a dozen of toothpicks you can get the meat off. But you definitely can not get the meat juice, as you are not supposed to wet the motor. It starts to stink in a couple of days like a corpse. So, this is a disposable device, for one time use only. I had to return mine.
