Pacific Digital 16x10x40x External USB 2.0 CD-RW...Strengths: none Weakness: never worked Pac Digital support never got it to work after three weeks of trying everything - VERY uncooperative!!! They had me downloading software that was incompatible, patches from 3 different websites, and finally told me it must be something I was doing. Bought a Memorex for LESS money and it works just fine - and is FASTER Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Their Customer Support really Suck! I sent the item back after dealing with these people for almost 4 hours on getting disconnected....I finally gave up. I should have read the review here and lord and behold....This company needs to get a clue and start doing better customer support.
