Good Knife Sharpener for Home

This is a good electric knife sharpener, though pricey. It is very simple to use even though the instructions that are included are unnecessarily complex. If you want a quick solution to keeping your kitchen knives sharp, this is it. Although this is described as a professional grade sharpener, I would classify it in the league of a good home sharpener. I think it could be improved to make the knives a bit sharper if desired, but it works well enough that I can slice through most anything with relative ease. Just don't expect razor sharpness. The really great thing about this sharpener is that I can sharpen knives safely. The price is high, but when I factor in the ease of use plus the safety factor, this sharpener is worth the money. Who wants to spend their time sharpening knives and worrying about cutting yourself? Not me. This sharpener is the solution if you have the cash to spend.
