Great for 8 months
Strengths: This is a very attractive unit, dual zone, large capacity
Weakness: Unit has had nothing but problems after 8-months. Danby customer care line. Danby lack of assistance.
This WAS a great unit, I would have given it an outstanding review. In fact over the first 8-months I loved to so much I started to consider buying a second one.... Thank goodness I did not do that. For the last 4 months, I have had 166 bottles of wine sitting on my floor... in summer...
Danby's customer care line is a bit of a joke. My last call I was on hold for 1-hour waiting to talk to someone. The best time I've clocked so far is 25-minutes of hold time. They were very helpful at first, and now, they don't even return my calls... so don't buy this and count on their warranty.
