Monster Flat Speaker CableStrengths: Easy to hide under carpet, very flexible, great for long runs to rear speakers. Weakness: Gold pins will slide off if not crimped properly. Running wires to rear speakers is messy. Usually long runs so using regular Monster Cable is too difficult to work with. This cable provides higher quality than zip cord but not the bulk of MC. Monster Super Flat Mini Speaker WireStrengths: Almost stealth. Comes with gold pins for the speakers and trim clips for base boards. Sound is no different than other high grade speaker wire. Weakness: Had problems with machanical wire strippers Does exactly what it was designed for. At 50 feet of wire per package, you can run wire along the base boards (or up a wall). Run it under low foot traffic carpet without bulges. Especially nice for those rear surround sound speakers. Weakness: none The superflat mini is 1 of the best speaker cables I have ever worked with. Strengths: Good quality, thin and flat that work under carpet.
Weakness: None.
The cable works well. Good quality, thin and flat that work in tight space and under carpet. Monster brand is popular and well made, not too expensive. A plus that it comes with gold pins, color jackets to make the terminate ends very clean.
