This kit comes with a new battery, reusable shipping container and prepaid shipping label to return used battery, software for use with the UPS, instructions for replacement of the old battery, and an APC ChargeUPS Warranty Certificate for 2 years from purchase date. This is an excellent purchase as APC wants about $3 more for only the battery replacement with only the free return included.
