I obtained a Benq 8250 in March 2005. It was not used during June,July and August. By Dec 2005 the unit had failed. A replacement was sent which turned out to be a refurbished unit. It too failed in about 3 months. The biggest problem is that Benq hides behind the internet. Their phone number is either busy or just rings. It takes hours and hours of holding on a phone line to ever reach them.Bottom line poor product and even worse customer service.
