The first shipment I received had a defective turntable. The manufacturer's carton had been tampered with and parts were missing. This is no reflection on the product itself. I was required to return it at my own expense even though the problem was not caused by me.

The second shipment was in perfect condition. The product was easy to assemble and worked perfectly. It's features are ideal including the automatic placement of the cartridge on the record. It was well packaged and in good condition.
