My experience with the tablet.

Strengths: Tons of flexibility. The package comes with a great suite of software, including Adobe Photoshop Elements 4.0! That was a great unexpected bonus.

Weakness: The sensitivity takes a little getting used to. Once you do, the sky is the limit though.

All in all. A great product. MUCH more advanced than the cheaper models. Coupled with the great suite of software INCLUDED with the package, I would recommend it to anyone that's serious about graphic arts.

Works beautifully!

Strengths: Construction quality, engineering, design.

Weakness: None apparent

Intergrates with my Apple powerbook and OSX without a hitch. Easy to setup, easy to learn and adjust. Well conceived, a pleaure to use. I expect it to speed up my work in Photoshop and Final Cut Express substantially.

Wacom Intuos3 6X8 Graphics Tablet

Strengths: Pressure sensitivity, many pressure points

Weakness: Cost

If you haven't used a tablet before, it takes some practice. The tablet screen corresponds to the monitor with the top left being the top left of the screen. Once you use it a bit though, it gets more natural to use and is actually simpler than a mouse--you just write. This tablet is very sensitive and a good size, giving you great control.

Tablet review

Strengths: flows nicely, 6 x 8 is a good size for professional use. I use the mouse in the left and the pen in the right. Purchase because my right arm was getting tendontis. The pressure is sensitive.

Weakness: will take getting use to the pressure of pen.

I had an older version and this table has definitely
advanced, you need no batteries, it is a professional
tool that i will use everyday no that i have an arm injury,
this will help my arm heal and create artwork faster.

Wacom Intuos3 6X8 Graphics Tablet

Strengths: Top quality product, great pressure sensitivity, handy mapable buttons on the tablet, great addition from intous 2

Weakness: kind of costly but worth it if you are a professional or apreciate quality.

Wacom Intous tablets are the best in the industry. If you purchase something cheaper, you will get what you pay for. I highly recommend that product.

Intuous 3 6x8 Tablet

Strengths: Makes my job so much easier.

Weakness: It just takes a little time to get used to.

Using this item is great. It's much better than using a mouse. I like the fact that it is pressure sensitive. I save so much time. I highly recommend purchasing this item.
