Yamaha NX-A01 Cube stereo speaker

Strengths: Amazingly clear sound. Small, compact with nice orange ring on top when the power is on.

Weakness: Maximum volume could be higher.

I was so pleased with this 3 inch cube stereo speaker. Great connected to your computer or iPod or any MP3 player. It just works. It is very cute! I just wishes it could be much louder for a bigger room. But on the whole it is excellent for light usage.

Cubic Stereo Speaker delievers good sound

Strengths: Compact size and controls

Weakness: Does not have strong bass sounds

I use this Cubic Stereo speaker with my Dell laptop. It is much better than the built in speakers. It plays itunes songs nicely, but the bass is weak. I consider it a good value since I did not have to pay over $100 for these speakers. Controls are good. I wish a longer cord was provided to connect to audio out because I like to have my speakers on the side, but the cord is too short.

Yamaha NX-A01 (white)

THE GOOD: The Yamaha NX-A01 speaker cube is tiny, elegant, affordable, and remarkably powerful for its size. THE BAD: Despite its portability, the NX-A01 cant be powered from batteries or USB. THE BOTTOM LINE: The Yamaha NX-A01 won us over with its minimal design and sound quality, but dont expect it to blow the roof off.
