Koss STRATUS Headphone - Stereo - Mini-phoneStrengths: Inexpensive, light, full ear, right angle plug. Weakness: Dull sound quality I needed a new pair of headphones and didn't want to spend a lot of money. I hadn't heard anything bad about Koss and their was no review on these headphones so I took a chance. They look nice. The plug is 90 bend which is nice for my laptop. Still the sound quality is not very crisp. In fact it seems dull. I have a nice pair of AIWA HP-X222 that I keep at work. I compared the same Mozard symphony with both headphones and the AIWA are much better. I really only need these headphones for game playing so the sound doesn't have to be great. You get what you pay for.
Strengths: Good isolation
Weakness: Distortion, bad treble, short wire, uncomfortable
I bought this from K-Mart today because I needed a cheap set of headphones. I immediately tried them out when I got home and have to say I'm very dissapointed and considering returning them. The treble sounds muffled and the bass distorts, the lowest frequency these headphones can manage is only 60hz..
They get a bit uncomfortable after wearing them for a few hours. Stay away if you can!
