Primary 12-Cell Li-Ion Battery Pack for Satellite...Strengths: The battery lasts twice as long as the 8 cell battery that came with the laptop Weakness: Had to make several attemps before the battery would charge When I put the battery in the laptop to charge, the computer showed N/A on the battery meter instead of 0% charged. I took the battery out and replaced it several times before the laptop battery meter showed 0% charge. Once it showed 0% it charged to 100% and worked properly. The battery contacts must have oxidized. Cleaning the contacts before attempting to charge the battery might have made it work the first time installed. 100% of readers found this review helpful. I was attracted to this seller by price and positive reviews. I was totally disappointed by receiving a defective product, battery with dent, dead, unable to charge and the inability to contact someone by phone.
