Although the MacMall ad says this product has a "Universal" platform, when it arrived the box said it was compatible only with Windows XP.When I called Xerox they confirmed that this product is not compatible with MacIntosh products and a tech support person at MacMall agreed. I had to return it. The service with the return was excellent, but I was disappointed that the mislabeling on the website created a complicated situation. Do not buy this product for a Mac computer.
