I purchase 2 of these cards. One started giving me problems so I completed and emailed the Exchange Form from Dane-Elec which promised to replace your memory card in 24 hours. After 4 days I haven’t even go an acknowledgement of my email. I called the support number and was told this was an unsupported answering number and I should email my questions.
Update: After 5 days a package arrived with my replacement card. It was sent from France. I am sending my old one card back to their California address. Let’s hope they match the return to the replacement and don’t charge me 20 euros for the replacement.
It would have been nice if they had replied to my Email and said the replacement was being sent.
