Good Printer

Strengths: Fast, built in duplex, large paper tray, handles labels, built in networking, ink cartridges lasts forever

Weakness: big, expensive ink

I print a lot of labels, and I've had trouble with Epson and HP printers handling the labels. This printer handles them with ease.

Be prepared, this is a big printer. Make sure you have the room for it.

Obviouly designed to be a workgroup printer, and it works well in that roll.

Comes only with starter ink cartridges, but they lasted us over two months. Paid more for a new set of ink cartridges than I did for the printer!

Don't

Strengths: It does print.

Weakness: Duplex didn't work. Ink consumption.

If you have a Mac stay away from this one. The drivers do not allow duplexing. I've had this thing 4 days, printed 20 text pages, and now I'm out of black ink. I bought this one because I've had good experience with Ricoh laser printers in the past and HPs performance over the years has fallen off.
The staff has been helpful so far, but unable solve the issue. It does seem odd to me that no one noticed this problem. Am I the only Mac user in the world that purchased this one?
I will keep trying and if, by some miracle, they are able to resolve my duplexing issue, I will update my review.
