Strengths: getting started took less than 5 minutes

Weakness: wish it came in more colors so everyone in my family could tell theirs apart

I run a business from home, so online transactions are critical. its great having this layer of security so i don't have to worry about theft. really easy to use too.

ID Vault - I like it

Strengths: Easy to use Signs me into my web sites

Works like it should, it saves my web sites that I need a user name and password and instead of me entering the information, the ID Vault software signs me all the way into my web site. I end up checking my web pages more often.

JUNK - do NOT buy! NO returns - bad service!

Strengths: NONE

Weakness: You actually have to pay an ANNUAL fee to keep using a device that you already paid for. Where was that in the advertisements or product description?

This piece of junk did not even work right with Citibank. Come on, seriously. That is one of the largest banks. If it does not work right with their website then what is it going to work on? The box says "60 day money back guarantee" but you are out of luck on that for sure. It took me 3 weeks to get someone to even respond about an RMA. Then, they actually gave me a BAD address. UPS attempted to get a correct package from them and got no response either and had to return my package. I have contacted them multiple times now with NO RESPONSE. Save your money and do NOT buy Guard ID systems - ID Vault.

works well

Strengths: easy to incorporate, works well

Weakness: takes getting used to the product's prompt window when you visit certain sites, but its actually quite useful

I am quite happy with how well this little piece works to make online transactions more secure, and it is very simple to get going. my wife and I share it, but she travels so much that i am considering getting her her own to use.
