Nice little keyboardStrengths: Strong wireless signal at 20 feet. Haven't tested any farther since I wouldn't need to anyway, Weakness: I'll find out later I guess. The covenience is worth the money, I've only had it for a couple days but it has worked well with Vista Premium. It was totally plug and play. The price here was good and shipping was quick. limited usefulness, build quality questionableStrengths: Great design, using trackball with scroll wheel while holding with two hands feels great. Weakness: Limited range of about 8-10 feet, keyboard died after 4 months of use At about 10 feet, the wireless connection of this device got very flaky, and many keystrokes are not registered. Moving closer to the USB dongle or ensuring line of sight sometimes fixes this, but our couch is too far away for this to be useful. The unit died after 4 months and I am now sending it in for replacement. I would only recommend this for use over very short distances. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Adesso Wireless Rf Mini USB Keyboard with Optical Trackball

The keyboards light weight and well-thought-out assortment of mouse buttons (for both hands), scroll wheel and... Top

Hit and miss
Strengths: Great ergonomic design. Very good range. Easy setup.
Weakness: Failure rate.
I've bought about ten of these units. Everybody loves them because they are so well designed. However, I have had three go out so far. The keyboard works, but the trackball gives out. Even on the ones that work, the trackball is slow to respond after it hasn't been used for a while. I think it's a power-saving feature, but sometimes it just wont wake up.
Nevertheless, I will buy more and RMA the bad ones because there's nothing else out that that works so well (when they work...)
