A lot of troubleStrengths: Inexpensive - initially Weakness: MTBF Three of my four GXP drives have failed. I didn't believe the doomsday advice I'd heard before buying these drives. Maybe there was some truth to the rumour after all. I can't speak for everyone, but my experience has not been great. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

IBM 75GB EIDE Ultra ATA/100 LP Deskstar 7200RPM 75GXPStrengths: none whatsoever. Weakness: can't handle NTFS partitions DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS BRAND. I've had to returned my hdd for 3 times but finally I found a sucker willing to buy it from me so I sold that piece of crap for $50. Buy WESTERN DIGITAL instead, MAXTORS drives are good too but they are loud. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? TopAdvertisement

DANGER WILL ROBINSON!!!! THESE ARE THE DRIVES THAT A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT WAS STARTED OVER.. treat these drives like the plague!
I had the unfortunate luck of buying one of these and quite a few other IBM's and they all failed................................................................................................................
