GREAT PRODUCT!Strengths: easy to swallow; convenient to take (just as you are starting a meal); don't have to "time" your eating habits. Weakness: not easy to find locally...must order on line I think it only works well if you are eating SMALL amounts of carbs...not a BIG dish of pasta or a lot of bread. Eat carbs without guilt

I discovered Irwin Naturals Phase 2 Carb Blocker about one year ago. I had tried other carb blocker products but never experienced the results that I have with Irwin Naturals product. I can eat large portions of carbs without feeling bloated or too full. Also, I have struggled with Hypoglycemia since I was a child. Since I have been using Phase 2 Carb Blocker, I do not have bouts of low blood sugar anymore and do not experience the feeling of running out of energy and crashing, which was quite a problem for me in the past. I feel like I am protecting my body from the negative effects of carbohydrates by using this product.
