Great unit poor probeStrengths: Works great - choice of 5 different meats and 4 degrees of doneness. Some meats only give well done temp. Love the concept Weakness: temperature probe fails easily. Be careful removing temperature probe. I had 2 of these models. I removed probe from meat by pulling on "cord" instead of very hot metal part. I've been using this for BBQ but used it on Thanksgiving to be sure the turkey was perfectly roasted. It worked great!!! I liked it so much I bought one for my brother in law for Christmas.
