Myoplex LiteStrengths: 33% less calories than the Original Myoplex, has a variety of flavors and keeps me full for a long time. Weakness: Extremely thick...so thick that sometimes I cannot even finish my shake. Great, if you're looking to shed some pounds while still getting the necessary proteing, vitamins, etc. I definitely plan on purchasing again except will get different flavor next time. Myoplex Lite Nutrition Shake Chocolate Variety Pack
Strengths: Easy to mix with juice, water, milk. Tastes great and easy going down. Gives the energy I need for everyday, plus for working out. Great breakfast replacement and post workout protien mix.
Weakness: A little high in fat and cholestrol, but since it is a meal replacement that is ok.
I have taking Myoplex light for the past three years. One packet everyday. The original formula also felt very heavy, while the lite has been very good in that regards.
