Apple Mighty Mouse - BluetoothStrengths: Bluetooth, Appearance, Multi-functional Weakness: Lacks Mouse Side Buttons (Back/Forward) The mighty mouse is Apple's solution to the much maligned 1 button that Apple stuck with since the first Mac. The selection of Bluetooth mice with small which leads me to believe that this type of interface is falling by the way side. Functionally the mouse works very well. Setup was very easy; it was immediately recognized by my iMac. The mouse tracks well and people still remark about the design when they see it for the first time. The scroll ball works well and provides early multi-direction scrolling. 100% of readers found this review helpful. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Overall - Good MouseStrengths: Looks beautiful! Excellent design! Weakness: Perhaps too sensitive While the mouse is designed beautifully, it sometimes feels a bit too sensitive even after making several adjustments. The bluetooth connection works great. Overall, I have had no great problems with this product and recommend it without reservations. 100% of readers found this review helpful. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Wireless Mighty Mouse Ain't Mighty FriendlyStrengths: It is wireless Weakness: "Two Button" Charm is nonexistent I'm reintroducing myself to the Mac platform after a 21-year hiatus. Since then, I admit I've been corrupted by the demon Windows, and some would insist that this changeover requires a detoxification process akin to a 12-step program. 0% of readers found this review helpful. Mighty Mouse BluetoothStrengths: Wireless - duh! Lightweight (but not too light) Scrollball is awesome Laser sensor can be covered Operates on only one battery Touch sensitive buttons work surprisingly well Weakness: Pressure sensitive side buttons are a bit difficult to handle Doesn't work with Windows (outside of Boot Camp on your Mac) - Windows just doesn't see it as a Bluetooth device for some reason Just bought a new Mighty Mouse (Bluetooth) to complement the new MacBook Pro that just arrived. I wanted a mouse that provided more buttons than the standard 1 from Apple and I definitely like the wireless approach with a laptop. 0% of readers found this review helpful. Simplicity -- only better! Now it's Bluetooth!Strengths: Easy to use, multi-functions, wireless Weakness: None that I can find, although Wintel 2-button mouse users may balk A longtime Mac user, I am exceedingly comfortable with their 1-click mice. Well, they've added another click and gone Bluetooth wireless with this edition! You will have all the features that you need in a mouse, coupled with portability, dependability and the Apple brand. If your computer is Bluetooth-equipped, then I see no reason NOT to buy this mouse! 0% of readers found this review helpful. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Mighty mouse is AWESOME!Strengths: VERY responsive scroll wheel. LOVE the horizontal scrolling. Weakness: It is a little slow to wake AND be recognized from being turned on with the switch...but it does fine when just waking up from non use. Just needs ONE more button! I don't know where....but it needs one more. When I first saw the mouse I knew it was THE mouse for my laptop. I love how it works on my arm chair. VERY smart of Apple to allow just one AA...I use a lithium and it works great. I have MANY remote mouses (three on my desk right now for three computers...two PC and one Mac)...and I just LOVE the Apple MM the best. 0% of readers found this review helpful. Mighty mouse for MacbookStrengths: Blue-tooth, 360-degree scrolling, easy to use, multi-functions Weakness: None This is a very nice mouse for use with apple white Macbook (color match). It does not need an additional USB port because Macbook has blue-tooth built-in. The setup is easy. 360-degree scrolling made the mouse easy to use for all applications. Geat mouse! A little akward at first though.Strengths: scroll BALL, clean look with hidden buttons, battery life! Weakness: at first it takes time to get used to right and left clicking being it sensory to which side you click. Love this mouse! I almost bought the wired one and the day I went to order it on Apple and saw that the bluetooth one had been released! I couldn't be happier with this mouse. I really like the curves and rubber feel, etc. of the Logitech mouses but hey, apple likes simplicity so you can't expect it to be like others Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Great mouse, You get what you pay forStrengths: Practically paired itself, Software is very customizable to change button layout/function, Battery life indicator Weakness: Scrollball might be too small for some people I just picked up this mouse last night and was very impressed. As soon as I put in the batteries and told my laptop I wanted to add a bluetooth mouse it found it instantly and even named it for me. It was the smoothest pairing of a BT device I've ever done...and I've have several BT mice. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Pricey but excellent pointing deviceStrengths: Easy installation, works in Mac OS and in Boot Camp (Windows), excellent scrolling Weakness: Sometimes problems differentiating between right and left clicks. Scroll ball goes bad after time. UPDATE: I've been through three of these mice, the scroll ball stops working in one of the directions after about 6 months of daily use. I can no longer wholeheartedly recommend this device as this has happened to me on THREE of these. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Apple Wireless Bluetooth Mighty Mouse
A Wireless Bluetooth Mouse from Apple. A continued version of the cord Mighty Mouse. White mouse, comfortable grip, 1 clickable ball that scrolls 260 degrees and no visual division for the 2 clicks. The mouse if touch sensitive, has a good touch sensitive technology that detects if you right clicked or left clicked. Laser tracking engine which is quite precise, and it works on 2 AA batteries, has... Top

Apple Wireless Mighty Mouse
Apple improves upon its original multi-button mouse by replacing the USB cord with a wireless Bluetooth connection and upgrading the Mighty Mouse's eyesight with a precision laser-tracking engine that works on almost any surface. The result is an innovative mouse that's a near-perfect partner for portables, as well as a convenient desktop mouse. Top

Mighty Mouse of bluetooth mice
Strengths: Bluetooth, one battery functionality, laser tech, 360-degree scrolling, ergonomics, design
Weakness: Side button hard to press
Just started using this mouse, so this is an initial review. Biggest issue - the right-click functionality is slightly different compared to conventional mice. The set up on the mighty mouse (MM) is a love-it or hate-it situation. Either you are going to be comfortable with it right away, or you will never get used to it. So I would recommend visiting your local Apple store and trying out the mouse yourself before purchasing. I got used to it right away, so I like the MM.
The scroll ball is also a nice feature - allowing simultaneous up/down and left/right browsing. It also functions as a third button, and I have set it up for Expose and it works quit nicely. The side button is harder to use - mainly because you have to really press down on it to activate it. i have the side buttons set up for activating dash board, since I do not access it as much compared to expose.
This is one of the few bluetooth mice that also has laser functionality. I think the Microsoft 8000 notebook mouse is the only other one currently on the market with laser and bluetooth. But Microsoft mouse felt like it had cheap pastics. Not so with the MM - quality plastics that feel smooth to the touch. The mouse feels like it has been put together well and has a very solid feel to it. Another nice feature is that the mouse can run on just one battery, though you can use two for longer life. Speaking of batteries, MM comes with high-quality energizer lithium AA batteries in the box. You can also use regular alkaline and even rechargeable batteries - again in one or two configurations. Flexibility and choice is a good thing.
Too early to comment on battery life. But so far, this is a very nice mouse. Side button is a little hard to use, and the two-button feature is either a like-it or hate-it thing, so try before you buy.
