Hitachi DK23AA-12 12.07 GB Plug-in Module Hard Drive...Strengths: Durable and seems to work well. Weakness: Somewhat slow. Purchased the hard drive from Magnatek, Inc. under the assumption that it was new. Fortunately the hard drive comes with a year warranty. GreatStrengths: fast Weakness: small capacity Standard stuff. Small drive but good for limited use. Its the thinner model so it will fit in most laptops. Good brand and thrustworthy. I recommend it for people who don't really load a lot of software. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Hitachi DK23AA-12 12.07 GB Plug-in Module Hard Drive...
Strengths: fast seek times easy setup and quiet operation
Weakness: none so far
The drive was an easy perfect fit into my old dell laptop. The setup was extrememly easy with no formatting software needed other than windows xp disc. Drive is quiet and seek times are more than adequate. Compared to the stock drive this one blows it away.
