I bought this 4 port USB 1.1 SELF POWERED (as oppsed to BUS-POWERED) as a new item for about $ 10 after rebate and hooked it up to my PC with USB 1.1. Has a big power supply, but was VERY DISAPPOINTED that my D-Link USB Cam would not work "Not enough power" and so would my 64MB USB keychain storage device for the same reason!. You would think that with the big external power supply it has, it would have no problems running these devices. Avoid this product.
