Not for only Pregnant Women

Strengths: Easy to swollow and is non-constipating for me.

Weakness: They are pricey although I pay the amount for my health.

This product fullfilled my vitamin needs, gave me energy, strengthened hair and nails. After taking this vitamin for a few months my hair really grew. I stopped taking them when I went through a stressful period in my life. The stress depleted me of certain vitamins. I began taking them again and I can already feel the difference.

Good vitamin for mother-to-be

Strengths: You only need to take one pill a day instead of two pills. And the vitamin works very well in my case since I was able to pass all the test and baby size is normal as well.

Weakness: Expensive. $30 a bottle with 100 pills is pretty high for vitamins considering the nature made prenatal costs only half the price.

I can't swallow the large pills sold by Walmart during my first three months of pregnancy with serious morning sickness . I researched lots of vitamins with relatively smaller size and once daily dosage. And this is the only one I could find and works very well for me even though it's a little bit on the expensive side. But for 3 cents a pill, everyone can afford it easily. I would recommend this to all the mother-to-be.

well i am 5weeeks pregnant, i started taking stuart prenatal about two weeks ago. i have not experienced nausea yet, i dont know if its because i am still early in pregnancy or because stuart is really good and prevents nausea.
But i guess so far its been great, i am enjoying being pregnant.
i urge all women to consider stuart prenatal when considering having a baby.
