The metal clamp that secures the bulb in place is a bit too small and does not grab the bulb completely. The bulb becomes loose and loses it's connection if the lamp is jarred. The problem is the same for the two floor lamps and one desk lamp I have purchased. Have not found a remedy.
Not suitable in child's or rec rooms. My elderly parents have two of these lamps, and with their vision/shakiness, the lamps are bumped time to time and disconnect.
I can't find the manufactures site to contact them.
