Strengths: Natural, no sulfates, smells good
Weakness: Have to wash hair twice, as instructed, once with a light lather and a second with a heavy lather... cause you to use too much shampoo
Great shampoo, was ok with moisture, but sometimes left hair feeling not so clean. Best to use the conditioner with it. Was expensive, but left my hair light once it dried giving me lots of nice curls (naturally curly).
