Strengths: Fast, very easy, and volume knobs on front
Weakness: Wish inputs were on back, but oh well.
I purchased this to replace a Delta 1010, and was hesitant to do so. I got a great deal, so I gave it a shot. This is much easier to setup than the archaic Delta was. I was worried about Firewire moving as fast as SCSI, but it performs as good, if not better. I have recorded up to 6 things at once with no latency. The firewire is a plus because it can easily be removed and plugged into my laptop for mobile recording. Presonus is known for having great budget preamps, and this is no exception. I am glad I switched, and won't look back.
