Strengths: great sound, includes a volume control, and it does work on both a phone and an ipod

Weakness: switch between music and phone broke already and i have to send it in for service. Also, it automatically reverts to mute when the phone rings.

Overall the sound quality is great. I wish the switching between the 2 sides (music and phone) was better - my physical switch broke off. Even when the switch worked you could not tell the phone rang while you were listening to music. I like the headphones and the concept. The execution was not stellar.
