John Frieda Sheer Blonde Funky Chunky Sheer Veneer...Strengths: I love using this product, obviously i cant get it any more as it has been dis continued, what can i get which would give me the same effect on my hair. please let me no Weakness: i have no bad comments about this product i just want ot no where & what i can use on my hair which gives me the same effect as the John Frieda Sheer Blonde Funky Chunky Sheer Veneer Texturizer. i love using it and cant get it anywhere, could you please advise where & what i can buy which is simular. thankyou Chris Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Substitute for Funky Chunky that works - Tigi Bed...
Strengths: Try great new Tigi product on wet or dry, softer feel to hair, yet same smoothing like Funky Chunky, which is discontinued. On Frizzy hair, this calms it & makes it beautiful.
Weakness: None that I can think of. I wish Funky Chunky would come back, then I'd have two great products. See my comments below.
The best replacement I've found is "Tigi Bed Head After Party" cream, it is great. Pink bottle. I was a dedicated Funky Chunky user for years and it's discontinued. To use, put the Tigi cream in when your hair is wet. I dry my curly hair naturally, without frizz when I use it. It smooths and shapes soft, without feeling crunchy. I have long, dry, frizzy hair and finally I found something to use since Frieda foolishly discontinued Funky Chunky. Funky Chunky was the best and then I was told about this Tigi, and it is as good and I think better than Funky Chunky. Truly, I was searching and searching and even called John Frieda at their HQ, but they couldn't assist or tell me where to get F Chunky. I wanted to share this with you, fellow hair and beauty readers, since we've all been so frustrated, in the hopes it helps you. This particular product in the Tigi Line is my new Favorite.
