Great buy, Great massagerStrengths: Strength of the massage Weakness: Doesn't have the arm massager, but that will cost you a couple thousand $ more I'm extremely happy with this massage lounger. This was a pure luxury purchase and was worth the money. The further you recline it during massage, the more intense the effect. Panasonic EP3222KUStrengths: - Good selection of pre-programed massages, including the option to modify and save under 3 user names. - All massage functions are adjustable in intensity. Weakness: - does not automatically return you to the upright position after a massage, need to press the on/off button twice to do this. Overall this chair has been a great investment, replacing the need to pay approx $100/hr for a massage at a spa! This model does not have the arm massage (which we picked intentionally as it kind of felt like a bloodpressure cuff when I tried it in Brookstone). Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Strengths: Easy to use and awesome massage. No matter what you pay, it is worth every penny. I am 6'2" and it fit me good. Any taller I would be careful you might not fit comfortably.
Weakness: Not as strong as a massage on neck as would of liked but still does a good job.
The EP3222 after all the research I did. This was the best value for the dollar. Now that I had a chance to use it. I know I made the right decision. I had a couple of questions and customer service was great. Phone number is 1 800 338-0552.
