Strengths: Excellent unit! It looks great, the option for a permanent vs. "open door only" light is awesome. Bottles fit into the rack nicely and the temperature control stays accurate +/- a couple of degrees.
Weakness: If using for reds primarily, be careful, because the bottom part is for whites and stays cooler. Also, the interior moldings that the racks slide into get damaged easily.
Overall, for a smaller wine rack that holds 20-24 bottles, this is as good as it gets. If you are using this bottles to store reds from Tuscany, this unit is ideal because Tuscan wines should be stored around 63-64 degrees Fahrenheit. Many units only go up to 60 degrees, but this one goes up to 65 degrees. This is an excellent unit, with its best qualities being temperature control, aesthetics, and lighting.

We received this wine fridge as a wedding gift and have had it plugged in less than two years. It malfunctioned and FROZE all of our wine and caused our champage to blow up (wedding gifts). Haier will do nothing for us. I would not purchase ANYTHING from Haier!
