Bosch 14.4V Compact Tought 3/8 Cordless Drill/Driver

Strengths: Power, light weight, good grip, handsome design

Weakness: No magnet to hold the drill bits

I was looking for an everyday use power drill and based on some reviews online, this Bosch drill came highly recommended. It's got power and it feels solid. The price was also reasonable. Looking forward to do more jobs with this drill.

Bosch 14.4V drill/driver 32614-2G

Strengths: powerful, smooth, balanced, well-built, rugged

Weakness: None found so far

I purchased this to replace my first Bosch 14.4V drill/driver that I used extensively for about a decade, including driving thousands of wood screws and a few drops from a 28-foot ladder, before I finally wore it out. The newer model, like the previous one, is a high quality, well-made tool with enough power for most any application. Battery charges are faster (30 minutes) than the older model, and the charger has smarter technology (a set of lights keep me informed). All the operations and functions (2 speeds, clutch mechanism, and the chuck) are smooth clearly indicating the tool is well-made. I strongly recommend it to anyone who appreciates quality and strength in a tool.
