small and light and very portable!

Strengths: great design, choice between black and silver, small receiver that clips into the bottom of the mouse for easy carry-along

Weakness: plastic is shiny, gets alot of fingerprints and if scratched would be very visible.

I've been using thismouse for a week and I love it so far! I've been using it with my mac which had a horrible touch pad so I decided to get a mouse for it. I was choosing between the logitech v200 and logitech v500. I ended up choosing the v200 because of its ease of use and it's micro receiver. Also, the battery life is up to one year so you'll rarely have to change batteries. It also has an auto off when not in use for a long time. I got the package, and just plugged inthe receiver and started using it, no need to install drivers or anything at all. it's very easy to use and fits extremely comfortable in my hand. the weight is good too, not too heavy but not too light so that you can still feel that it's not a cheapy product. the responsiveness of it to the receiver is great but I don't know if that's a problem usually anymore with the advancements in technology.

I don't have any complaints about the mouse (so far) except that the plastic glossy painted outer shell looks like it would be prone to very visible scratches. I like products that are made with plastics that have a more rubbery feel to them so that they won't be prone to chipping of scratching. other than that, it works great!

Logitech V200 (931380-0403)

Strengths: Excellent function and signal.

Weakness: Physically needed to be improved.

The pros are:
1. High precision and accuracy
2. Very smooth
3. The signal is very strong, may be the strongest one, compare to other brand in the market.
Cons are:
1. The receiver should fit snugly without bumping from the mouse.
2. It should come with the mouse case like older version.
3. It should have on-off switch instead of pressing the receiver to the mouse directly only to turn off the mouse.

In term of functionality, it is very excellent but it should have more variation of colors to choose such as dark greay.

Nice little Mouse that can go sideway

Strengths: Left and right scrolling

Weakness: None

I like this mouse very much, especially the capability to scroll side way. This is very useful on the laptop when the screen is small and the window is not big enough.

The mouse feel very confortable and very sensitive to the move.

The black plastic and the scroll button seem to be good quality.

The price is reasonable and I would recommend this mouse.

Excellent mouse

Strengths: Aesthetics, precision

Weakness: None

This is an excellent, flawless mouse from Logitech - the black plastic is glossy, it's featuring an invisible beam and connected to my Windows XP laptop like a charm. It tracks on the wood of the desk at home and at college without any pad needed. It is very simple to turn it off and on - just click the USB transmitter in the mouse base, or take it out.

logitech v200 cordless notebook mouse

Strengths: great range, plug-and-play, good price, looks good

Weakness: a little bit heavy, on/off button

This is my second logitech cordless mouse, first optical, though. It has a great range. I tried as far as about 20 feet, and it still worked. I don't know how far I can go, but 20 feet is fine with me. PnP makes easier for me to move around different computers. I have no idea about the battery life. With $10 & $5 rebates, price is just right for me.

Logitech V200 - compact mouse

Strengths: 2.4GHz wireless, fits palmn comfortably; unique clipon of transmitter; plug and play.

Weakness: plastic is flimsy so take care if dropped or replacing battery. Mouse does not have an on/off switch.

I've been using this mouse for over a week prior to my son going back to college and there has been no problems. I bought if for my son so he can have the mouse option away at college with his notebook. He has been using it and reported no issues too. The low cost made this an affordable option. Also, the battery life stated of one year attracted me and will report back any problems. I hope it will last till the end of spring college term.

Plug and Play is great. No additional drivers were needed. Also, design is better than other notebook mice I have used - has the right feel in hand.
It works great with the pointer adjustments I made. This is a good product due to design, ease of use and battery life. I like it!

Logitech V200 corless mouse

Strengths: 2.4GHz wireless, good response, just plug-in and works great.

Weakness: Little shorter than the wire optic mouse, with 2 battery inside it a liitle heavy.

First time plug it into my notebook, it is very sensitive, I need to adjust the mouse speed to make it slower. This mouse has no turn off switch, unless you put the USB receiver back to the mouse to shut it off.
I use it to my desktop to see test how it works with other PC's and it also works great, but every time you switch to difference PC you have to reset it at back of the mouse otherwise it will not response.
I purchased this mouse because it has the tilt wheel function but in order to use it, I need to install the software driver which is about 30+MB. It works but scroll left and right is kind of slow.
Overall it still a great mouse. like it.

Adorable Mouse!

Strengths: plug-n-use; Very nice size; Good range and battery life.

Weakness: The receiver can only be attached to the bottom of the mouse, not store into the mouse.

2 Duracell AA batteries are included! Great!
The shape and size are very well designed. It fits in my palm very well and gives my palm enough support.
However, the receiver can only be attached to the bottom of the mouse, not store into the mouse.

Very good mouse for its price

Strengths: Small Comfortable Transmiter can be attached to the mouse Programable wheel, that can be moved in all 4 directions

Weakness: Can be scratched easily. Zoom feature does not work in Excell or Acrobat.

I've had this mouse for a few weeks and it's great. I take it everyday with me to classes. It's nice that you can attach transmiter to the mouse, so you don't lose it. However, mine got scrached in my backpack, but it's me (i'm good at testing durability).

I paid 30 bux for this mouse and I think it's a very good value.

Great travelmouse

Strengths: works on any surface, side scrolling

Weakness: none so far

This has to be one of the best wireless mice in the range in the market. It is a mere plug and use device and has a small receiver that attaches to the mouse when not in use. The mouse works on any surfac and is light and good for travel.
The side scroll feature is a great help and works well with the software provided. I would recommend this mouse to every on the go traveller as well as for home use.

Awesome wireless mouse.

Strengths: No setup required. No need to insatll anything from CD unless you want to use the side scroll feature. No cros-talk between mice.

Weakness: None.

I bought a Logitech V200 on November 2, 2006. It's ease of use and smooth cursor movement is so impressive, I decided to buy another for myself. Then I bought two more as Christmas present for my friends. I have never turned off the first mouse I bought on Nov 2, ie, it is ON 24 hrs a day, and it is still running on the same set of batteries that came in the package. By all accounts, this is an awesome mouse.
