Strengths: very fast, efficient, 3-heads, holds a nice charge, trims very nice, reliable
Weaknesses: price is a little high (but well worth it)
Summary: This shaver is a neccessity. It's fast, reliable, and trims perfectly. You really can't get much better. The only problem I can think of is its high price, but this will be the only shaver you'll need to buy for many years, because of its trusted reliability from Philips Norelco. Highly reccommended!

Strengths: QUIET, HOLDS A GOOD CHARGE, GOOD FACE SHAVER, EASY CLEAN-UP
Weaknesses: NOT SO CLOSE USING IT ON THE HEAD, EXPENSIVE
Summary: BOUGHT THIS SHAVER FOR BOTH MY FACE AND HEAD. FACE USE WAS QUICK AND EASY, NOT AS CLOSE AS A BLADE. ON THE OTHER HAND USING IT FOR MY HEAD I GOT ONLY AVERAGE SHAVE.

Strengths: Besides the excellent feeling when I shave, the battery is really good, and quite, really quite!
Weaknesses: I think it is made of lots of plastic, the feeling is not as good as metal. A little pricy, but worth the money.
Summary: I'm using razors a lot, but sometimes i don't have the time for it. So it is where the 9160XL comes in. Shaving is easy, clean, quick and quite. The touch of the skin is really great. The battery can hold on in about 30 days. And the Personal comfort control system is why it is way better than others. Believe me, u r not gonna regret using it.

Strengths: Super smooth and close shave.
Weaknesses: Cost.
Summary: This is one of the best shavers. It shaves a lot closer and smoother than my previous one. I like the stand it comes with and I love the little clock they build in the stand. It helps keep an eye on the time in the morning rush ;o)
Talking about time, I can shave myself in half the time than I used to. The shaver works really well, and it's nice that it is wireless.
And I even like to colour :o)
Well made!
Oh and by the way, it also has a little trim that my wife loves to use when she does my hair :o)
I do find the shaver expensive though, but I'm happy with my purchase.

Strengths: Close shave; Long lasting battery; Easy to clean; Great features
Weaknesses: Expensive
Summary: I had an old Norelco shaver 4601X which I haven't used for three years after I went back to Gillette blades. Though I hate shaving with blades because the trouble of conditioners and gels, I refused to use 4610X coz it didn't give me a close shave as blades. But when I got 9160XL, I tried and wow, I began to use electric shaver again without any hesitation. There's just no comparison between 9160XL and my old 4601LX. It offers close shave as good as Gillette blades and you don't have to mess up with all the conditioners and gels because there's no irritation. It needs only one hour to fully charge the battery which can lasts 3 weeks while it took my old 4601LX 16 hours to charge and held only for one week. 9160XL is easy to clean as it can be rinsed under tube water. There are many new features that are very practicle. SmartTouch allows me to shave the neck and chin easily. The personal comfort control gives me the options to adjust best blades position. I also noticed that this model is made in Holland while most other models from Norelco are made in China. I guess it's the newest model. I love it but it's also expensive. If you are serious about shaving using an electric one, then go for it, it's best out there.

Strengths: quest, fast, smooth, close shave, sensitivity setting, 3 blades per razor
Weaknesses: not a perfect shave - may take a little time to get used to
Summary: I had a little trouble shaving with this, but they say it takes 3 weeks for your face to adjust to a new shaving system. Considering that, I'm very pleased and look forward to close, fast shaves in the future. This is expensive, but aside from the cost of new blades every year or so, I think it's worth the money!

Strengths: Close shave, easy to clean, good charge.
Weaknesses: A bit pricy
Summary: Wish it was a bit cheaper, but I must say the performance is great and I'd definitely buy it again. You get a real close shave and since it can handle water, you can wash it for cleanup. Also, it holds a good charge so you don't find yourself running out of juice half way through.

Strengths: Simple cleansing, good function
Weaknesses: lightweight
Summary: It has a good strength of endurability and easy methods of cleansing. Just place it under flowing tap water.
I have been using blade razors for quite a few years, and there is no denying that electric shaver can cut as close as blade razors. But this machine cuts quite closely as blade razors, so that if you shave everyday, you wouldn't miss the days of blade razors, considering the convenience and comfort (for skins) of this excellent product.
It has a bit of light-weight feel, but it functions greatly.
