Strengths: Very very quiet and cleans extrodinarily well. Weaknesses: Need more wash options ie short cycle etc. Summary: Very well made product and priced well. Design is great and the best thing is the way it cleans and does not leave spots or marks on your good china and crystal. You can hear a pin drop while this machine is running.
