Strengths: Excellent Value for money. Nice Sturdy built. Bought it for installing my LCD TVs around the house. Works flawlessly.
Weaknesses: Not much that I can think of. Came with a flashlight... I dont know why I would need that... specially if at home. Maybe will wait for the power to go off - before appreciating this tool.
Summary: Comes with 2 batteries - which is perfect. Drilling in wood is easiest. The Grip is sturdy and very comfortable. 18v is a good strength for regular household drilling. I am yet to use the saw... but looks well built as well.

Strengths: Price, durability, convenience
Weaknesses: Circular saw charge.
Summary: 2007-02-12 14:45:27 I have been pleased with the quality of these tools. The drill has plenty of torque to handle any project around the house. Although these are not professional quality tools, but more than adequate for the homeowner.

Strengths: Powerful enough for all home repairs & almost all professional needs.
Weaknesses: Batteries aren't NiMH like Makita or Lithiom Ion like Hitachi.
Summary: This starter kit replaced my old 9.6v Ryobi drill & added a much needed starter circular saw to my "arsenal." The set comes with two 18V battery packs with a single-battery, table-top charger & a flashlight. It also includes a Ryobi heavyweight duffle bag for all of your gear & a bonus Corder Cat 18V sander.

The drill is amazing. It has all of the torque adjustment settings that you could need & comes with the standard 2, double-sided screwdriver bits.

I have not used the circular saw yet but it has a 5½" blade. I plan to use this for small home improvement projects due to the small blades.

I figured that I would never use the flashlight but my first week of ownership proved me wrong. This thing is bright! I was involved in downing the power in a major high-rise building where I live & it put my electrician's Mag light to shame. Right place, right time; I guess.
