Strengths: Portability, light, awesome menu options, great picture quality.
Weaknesses: Compared to its price, I can't find any.
Summary: I've always been a Canon lover and we currently have professional Canon camera, that takes great pictures but too big to carry around. I needed an affordable camera that I can use daily, put it in my purse all the time and I found it!! I've been testing the photo quality and opening them up in photoshop to check pixels, color quality, and size. I'm a graphic designer and I think It can't be better for $150 camera! color quality is real and good. It has really fun menu options, it even carries 9 internal fun frames like sticker picture. In the P:Program mode, you can adjust shutter speed, ISO sped upto 400. It could be like a semi-professional camera and very user friendly I think. It takes good pictures in a dark room, I can't complain it. but yes, it could be slow but that's totally forgivable compared to its price. $150 with 5 mega-pixels + portability? Its the perfect little camera that I was looking for. Voice recording quality is pretty good, and camcorder mode is pretty good as well. It has 2 size options 720x480 (which is a tv size), and the smaller size for internet uploading. I don't know it it had some bugs last year, but mine's great and today is 6/11/2006. I noticed that battery was "never seen" type of battery so I was reluctant about it thinking that I'll return it if I cant find a rechargeable one. But I found it on the internet. If you're looking for a great little affordable, portable camera like me, I definitely recommend it!
