Strengths: This camera has a great visual appearance. The features and specs of this camera are there to back up the good looks. In addition, you are able to get a real good clean picture. Great photos too.
Weaknesses: The size of the camera (small) makes for movies that are zoomed in impossible to keep the image still. You either need real steady hands, or a tripod with you to keep it still while zoomed in.
Summary: So far, I have no regrets on this camera. I now have movie images of my son as he grows up instead of just still pictures. The small size of the camera is great for traveling, but like i mentioned above, the farther you zoom in, the "shaker" the picture will get. With weighing the PROS and CONS, and finally owning the camera, I would recommend this camcorder for anyone that wants to capture some memories that will last. Recording on a DVD-RAM disc is something that will take over the future for the pure fact of being able to edit the video you recorded for easy viewing at another time.
