 COMMERCIAL PLASMA Strengths: 10000 contrast, DVI, connections PC...burn in protection.
Weaknesses: COMMERCIAL PLASMA... PERIOD.
Summary: I didn't read the discription very well before i bought it. It clearly states that it is "Intended for Commercial use and Operation". I later found out that it really meant what it said... meaning the Blacks are not truely black. and also the blacks for example (shadows) are not really mixed well, they seem to be on top of each other but i don't really know how to discribe it except that its not true deep rich BLACK! I wouldn't recommended for home use (even if you do just want to get a cheap 42' plasma to show off), if i could change my mind i would probably get the Panasonic TH-42PWD8UK or TH-42PHD8UK for home use, i think they have better blacks and are more vivid.
Overall... the colors are vibrant and bright. The games on my PS2 look better than good ( I think its because of the big screen size '42'). but my DVD movies (which i play on my PS2) are sometimes smugy and with its imperfections on the Black color. I don't know if its the TV or the PS2's DVD player... hm
