Good color, refresh rates, cabinet design. The flat screen is awesome. What a great deal. Of course, since it is a CRT it is huge and weighs a lot. But I knew that before I bought it. I recommend. Strengths: Very good resolution, true color display and rated low emmisions Weaknesses: Requires almost 19 inches depth and is fairly heavy Summary: Monitor replaced a 17 inch CRT monitor with relative ease. Vendor offered generous rebates on this unit as CRT monitor prices are dropping and are being replaced by lighter and smaller LCD monitors. If low price is a priority the buyer should consider a 17 inch monitor since the 19 inch only offers a 18 inch viewing area at 50% increase in price. 50% of People (3/6) found this review helpful. Big monitor for a low price Weaknesses: plastic seems a bit weak and flimsy. Summary: This monitor is cheap ($80US) compared to its size and function! The only downside is the large size compared to a lcd, but it is much cheaper than lcds. one noticeable flaw is the monitor frame looks like it was designed for a 19 inch non flat. Near the top part of the monitor where the plastic and the glass meets, there is a big gap, .5 cm, where a non flat screen may fill that spot. Weaknesses: washed colors Summary: I been using the envision 19" flat screen crt monitor for a while and have not had any problems yet. The colors aren't as vibrant as they were on my envision 17", but still looks good. I would have to say I'm pleased with this monitor for what I paid for it (AR).
